Blog Achievement: 10,000 Lost Souls Came To This Blog!

Well, here you have it, proof via screenshot

Though technically there were a few lost souls that just kept visiting and visiting, I can’t get rid of them, but aye, whatchagonnado.  So, this blog has been here for a little over a year.  It was started back in July with a focus mainly on science but it has progressed into a blog about my life.  I’ll get back to that science thing probably next year.  Wanna see my blog stats throughout the year(?) doesn’t matter if you wanna see them cause here it is!

To also commemorate this day, I thought I’d list out the top ten blog posts since I started this blog, in order from highest to lowest visitors.

  1. Catching Aquatic Insects and Surviving The Punishment Of The Greek Gods
  2. Pop-Up Picture Box Thingy For WordPress Blogs
  3. Really? Digg.com v. Reddit.com
  4. Something To Read: Lampreys, Caves, and Shrinking Fish
  5. Kanye West Embarrasses Beyonce, Disses Taylor Swift & Claims His Place In Douche Bag Heaven
  6. I knew Rihanna and Chris Brown Was The New Bobby and Whitney
  7. Helpful Websites For Science Majors
  8. I’m Deeply, Truly Sorry
  9. A Little Something About Me
  10. Unproductive, My Stomach Hurts & Some Other Stuff

As you’ll notice, most of those top posts are information or entertainment posts.  I suppose less about my life and more about stuff that matters is what catches on lol.  So, just for the hell of it, here’s the Top Clicks for this blog (meaning how many people clicked on embedded links).

Most of those clicks are pictures related to Top Post #1, 2, and 4.  Happy that I helpped boost Pink’s twitter account and not my own!!  Speaking of twitter, most my visits came from there, also stumbleupon and search engines.

To also comemorate this day, I want to say a special thanks to the three people that comment on this blog.  And also the other people that drop by to share their thoughts.  I love comments cause they’re filled with jokes and advice.

I’d also like to say thanks to … me, for having so many problems, moments of awkwardness, and time to have enough to blog about.  So, thank you for visiting and come back cause I miss you already. :)   Before I forget, here’s a random song,

    • Thank you for stopping by and I hope you know that you don’t get a special prize for being comment #3 lol. The big spike in hits on that one month was I think because someone submitted my post to digg.com

  1. Congratultions !
Sensi, please check am I also being counted in them. If you can’t see me in the lost souls, then try in the found souls…..
btw, thank you for sharing the stats.

  2. You can count me to your lost souls! I shall count you to my stalker list hehehe. But wow! Those stats were interesting to see! Nice!

I rarely use twitter, I seriously forget that I have it, then I remember it again, so I use it for a day or two and then I forget it again. I think most of my visitors come from BC…not sure though. I have to investigate it…

But keep it up! Personally I like to read personal posts, information posts, entertainment posts, random posts, just give me something to read ^_^.

    Ciao!

    • lol I’m almost alreadyaddicted to twitter. It’s great and most people just comment about my posts via twitter instead of on the blog. Glad you like personal and information posts cause I think I’m going to write one tonight….don know yet…I’m kinda lazy.

I don’t mind your stalking as long as you know you also don’t get anything special for being a lost soul :)

      • Haha! That sounds perfectly fine to me!! And who knows…maybe I will get addicted to twitter in the near future ^_^

  3. My editor has all of his social networking pages all linked to the same API so he only updates one thing and it goes to all of his other pages… it’s beginning to make him really boring :-P or so that’s what I say.
