It’s That Time Again…

It’s time for a lot of things.  First, it’s that time again for me to say, “I can’t believe I’m writing this post 3am in the morning”.  Next and most importantly it time for July 4th weekend again thus, Independence Day!!!  Not only do we celebrate America’s independence from Great Britain but also the freedoms and privileges we have as a nation.  America is built on principals that have kept us strong and our constitution has essentially been relevant for so long.  Look at the American flag, it represents the union of 50 states.  When the flag is at half stance, you know that a man or woman has died defending this country.  The thirteen stripes on the flag is most important on this day.  The thirteen stripes represent the thirteen colonies that banded together to fight against the British.  We should all be happy they were successful, no offense to the British lol.  It’s from there that we declared independence and created the union that has developed into what we have today.  It’s also from this independence that we are a place where people from all over come for a better life and to be successful.  So, lets all eat whatever we want, we can call it, celebrating our freedom to eat our hearts out lol.  Lets also remember that, though America’s history isn’t perfect, we’d all be worse off elsewhere we have made progress and still, at least I, can’t think of any other place to spend the rest of my life.

Now, off of my love of country and on to my next thing.  It’s kind of that time again for me to change my avatar.  I really can’t choose.  The picture you see in the header is the avatar on most sites I’m registered with.  Today, I got out my webcam and for some reason the pictures didn’t come out good at all, so I started making random silly faces towards the camera.  And, my cat jumped up and interrupted my photo shoot(?)  I didn’t take a lot of pictures cause I gave up.  Only one picture I like but, I’m not smiling since it wasn’t a planned but moreso, fixing my hair.  And theres another one I like only because I was actually able to take a picture of my eyes kind of showing my natural eye color, but the overall picture is ugly, but I’m hideous looking.  With that, I have decided I really like my current avatar better.  It’s very smiley and cheesy and me!  The color version of my avatar distracts me from focusing on me in the picture so I’ll keep it black and white, or maybe I’ll decide on another picture that’s better but until then, even though I really want a new avatar, I’ll have to keep this one til something better comes along.

It’s also that time again, with it being the holiday and all, to go over my aunt’s house and eat.  Yep, just celebrating the freedom to eat my heart out.  Also, I like her house because she has bowls of candy and chocolates everywhere, you can never go hungry or without a sugar high lol.  Have fun on your holiday weekend.  And for those that aren’t celebrating I hope you have a fun weekend, but you aren’t allowed to eat a lot because you’ll just be practicing gluttony and apparently god doesn’t like that Have fun!

Oh and this weekend, Venus and Serena Williams play against each other at Wimbledon.  My dad thinks Serena will win.  I’m betting (figuratively speaking) that Venus will win, she’s my favorite.  I even buy clothes from her clothing line lol, so I’ll wear my Venus William inspired clothes and hopefully she’ll win.  Not saying I don’t like Serena, but Venus will kick her ass is my favorite and she’s more focused to me
