Welcome All

2008 July 1

Hey everyone, if you managed to find this blog, well… its new.  Therefore its going to take a while for me to get this blog ready for the world to see.  But, I do have another blog that you can visit that is well enough established and consistently busy and being updated, its a political blog at sensico.wordpress.com.

This blog definitely isn’t going to be a political blog (it wouldn’t make sense why would I create 2 political blogs), but this blog will be all about science and other random things but mainly about science.  Science particularly biology, particularly marine biology is my passion.  I’m currently attending a university here in Michigan, I’mnot going to say where I like to stay partially anonymous as possible. Basically I don’t want my professors or graduate teaching assistants to stumble upon this blog and find out I’m talking about them, also they would find out I run a political blog that doesn’t agree with their political views.  So this will definitely be an interesting blog you will want to bookmark and check back when I have started posting.

My style of writing is basically commenting on the news stories or providing tips.  Also I will be researching on my own, for fun or for school and I will be posting interesting things that I didn’t know before.  The commentary will at times be sarcastic but will have meaning to it, Im not just some jibber jabbery person.  And just because this blog is going to be about science don’t expect me to the best writer in the world, I prefer to write as if Im talking not as if Im writing a research or article for Scientific American magazine. And don’t expect (as you probably already noticed) that Im not trying to be grammatically perfect.

So thanks for stopping by and see you later.

Thanks, I kind of use it as a learning tool for myself basically storing all the information I kind of need to know about. Though I don’t update it as often as I should.
